Shipping

Our standard delivery time takes 4 to 6 business days. Overall overseas shipping time depends on the shipping company and may take additional 7-9 business days from day of delivery unless customs causes a delay for some reason.

If you have not received your order within 21 business days from your purchase date, please click on the following link to request a tracking data of your order – support@quitsmokingin10days.com.

If you supply us with wrong address data and we are forced to reship your package, there will be an additional shipping and handling charge equal to the shipping cost for your original order.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been submitted your credit card will be charged. Our ordering process is streamlined so your order will immediately be sent to processing and then shipping. Due to the high volume of orders we receive we will be unable to cancel an order after submitted. Please order carefully.

Money Back Guarantee (MBG) Policy:

You may return any unused and unopened item purchased from us within Ninety (90) calendar days of your purchase. If you purchased a “deal pack” or special package or similar offer, all the shipped units should be returned.

Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal. You may return any item shipped by Quitsmokingin10days.com or GSCM fulfillment, keeping the following in mind:

• You should return the item to us within 90 days of your purchase date.
• There is a $15.00 administration fee for each unopened item.
• We do not accept items back that have been opened or used. Opened Items are Non Refundable.
• Shipping and Handling Fees are Non Refundable.

To request a refund you must fill our standard RMA form (Return merchandise authorization)). Requests must be made online (support@quitsmokingin10days.com) and submitted with your order information and description of the reason for your wish to return the product. You will receive your RMA form with RMA # via email (including all the information about how to deliver back the package) once our customer service department has identified your eligibility for a return under our policy. Please do not call for an RMA. If you return your product without a RMA number you will not be refunded.

Sales and Distribution

Distributors are strictly prohibited to sell our product(s) on any type of auction website or online marketplace.

Prices do not include and are net of any foreign or domestic governmental taxes or charges of any kind. Distributor understands and acknowledges that all sales are final and that they are not entitled to return any product for a refund. Quitsmokingin10days.com will not be responsible for any delays or lack of delivery due to customs clearance issues.
